Academic Coordinator – Middle School

We invite applications from experienced educators for the role of Academic Coordinator – Middle School, responsible for strengthening conceptual understanding, interdisciplinary learning, and academic consistency across Classes VI to VIII.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor curriculum delivery, lesson plans, and assessments

Support teachers in adopting innovative and student-centred strategies

Analyse academic performance data and implement improvement plans

Ensure CBSE compliance and quality academic documentation

Guide students towards independent learning and critical thinking

Coordinate exams, projects, and enrichment programs

Qualifications & Skills

Post-Graduate / Graduate with B.Ed

Minimum 6–8 years of teaching experience in Middle School

Strong academic planning, data analysis, and mentoring skills

Leadership ability and effective communication
