Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Academic Coordinator – Middle School (6-8) to lead academic planning and ensure strong Student Learning Outcomes (SLO) alignment for Grades 6–8. The ideal candidate will be an instructional leader who fosters innovation, supports teachers, and promotes a holistic learning environment focused on academic excellence and character development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead academic planning and curriculum implementation for Grades 6–8
• Ensure strong alignment of teaching practices with Student Learning Outcomes (SLOs)
• Mentor and support Home Facilitators and Subject Teachers
• Drive Project-Based Learning (PBL) and Thematic Learning approaches
• Monitor academic standards, assessments, and student progress
• Analyze performance data to improve instructional strategies
• Promote character building, leadership development, and 21st-century skills
• Maintain a positive, collaborative, and growth-focused academic culture

Qualifications & Requirements

• Master’s degree in Education or a relevant field
• Minimum 3–5 years of academic leadership or coordination experience
• Strong understanding of curriculum development and assessment frameworks
• Experience with Project-Based and student-centered learning approaches
• Excellent communication, mentoring, and leadership skills
• Ability to analyze academic data and drive improvement initiatives
