Polaris Academy for Business Courses is hiring an Assistant & Office Administrator (Female) - Immediate Hiring:

Location: New Cairo

Job description:

We are a private academy seeking a reliable and organized Academic Coordinator & Office Administrator to manage daily operations and support student coordination. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the academy and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Communicate with students and provide ongoing support.
  • Design and manage personalized schedules based on each student’s needs and availability.
  • Respond promptly to messages, inquiries, and phone calls.
  • Organize and maintain course schedules and updates.
  • Coordinate closely with the instructor to ensure smooth course delivery.
  • Assist the instructor in preparing and finalizing course materials.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of Business Administration or Arts (English).
  • Excellent command of English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication & social skills
  • Ability to manage multiple students and schedules simultaneously
  • Professional attitude and problem-solving mindset
  • Must be based in Cairo, with preference for candidates living near the office (New Cairo or Nasr City)
  • Reliable transportation is required (own car is a plus for candidates living farther away)

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in educational centers or training academies
  • Basic understanding of scheduling or student coordination systems
