Academic Coordinator – Primary School

We are looking for a dynamic Academic Coordinator – Primary to ensure high-quality teaching-learning processes, strong foundational literacy and numeracy, and smooth academic operations for Classes I to V.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee curriculum planning and classroom implementation

Mentor teachers to enhance instructional quality and student engagement

Monitor lesson plans, assessments, and correction standards

Ensure alignment with CBSE, NEP, and school academic frameworks

Track student performance and support intervention strategies

Coordinate academic events, assessments, and parent interactions

Qualifications & Skills

Graduate / Post-Graduate with B.Ed

Minimum 5–7 years of Primary teaching experience

Strong subject knowledge and classroom leadership skills

Ability to mentor teachers and manage academic documentation
