Job Title: ACE Coordinator

About the Role

We’re hiring energetic and creative ACE Coordinators to support admissions, academic operations, and classroom engagement at VIBGYOR ACE . This role blends coordination, teaching support, and on-ground execution.

Responsibilities

• Support and drive school admissions and parent counselling
• Assist in academic delivery with engaging activities, especially in Science
• Maintain attendance, records, and day-to-day school operations
• Coordinate between school teams and Ariv’s central team
• Conduct sessions and follow-ups with parents and students

Ideal Candidate

• Graduate/Postgraduate (Education/Science preferred)
• Strong teaching background (preferably Science)
• Creative, high-energy, confident storyteller (performing arts is a plus)
• Excellent communication (English required)
• Prior school/EdTech coordination experience preferred
• Willing to work full-time from school (Mon–Sat)
