Key Responsibilities
- Student Guidance and Support: Provide one-on-one counseling to help students with academic planning, course selection, and understanding academic requirements.
- Academic & Career Planning: Develop personalized learning plans, assist with college applications and entrance exams, and guide students in exploring career options.
- Progress Monitoring: Track student progress using reports and feedback, and intervene when necessary to help students stay on track for graduation.
- Mental Health Support: Help students manage stress and anxiety by teaching coping strategies and promoting overall mental well-being.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to ensure students receive comprehensive support.
- Information and Resources: Stay updated on educational trends and resources to provide students with accurate and relevant information.
- Confidentiality: Maintain the privacy and confidentiality of sensitive student and family information.
