Position Overview

Position: Academic Counsellor

Work Mode : On-site

Experience Required: 2–3 Years

Employment Type: Full-Time

Who We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to guide and counsel students effectively
• Basic understanding of academic programs and career pathways
• Experience in education counselling, admissions, or sales (preferred)
• Target-oriented with a proactive approach
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in any relevant field

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel prospective students on academic programs, career opportunities, and admissions processes
• Handle student inquiries via calls, emails, and online platforms
• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into enrollments
• Maintain accurate student records and update CRM systems
• Support admission processes from inquiry to enrollment
• Collaborate with marketing and admissions teams to achieve targets
• Participate in outreach activities, webinars, and promotional events
