Academic Course Developer (MCQs & Digital Content)

Main Responsibilities

• Create and curate academic course content in English for various subject areas, including lesson plans, outlines, and objectives.
• Develop high-quality Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) with clear answer choices and well-written explanations.
• Read and analyze course materials/manuals to extract key learning points.
• Design video scripts for YouTube educational content (e.g., explainer videos, audio lectures, tutorials).
• Convert reading material into engaging digital formats, ensuring learning objectives are met.
• Ensure content aligns with academic standards, curriculum guidelines, or certification requirements.
• Collaborate with instructional designers, video editors, and educators to finalize content.
• Revise and update existing content based on feedback or curriculum changes.
• Create visual aids or storyboard outlines to support audio/video production.
• Maintain consistency in tone, style, and instructional integrity across all course materials.

Key Requirements

• Excellent command of written English (grammar, structure, and clarity).
• Proven experience in academic content development, especially in MCQ creation.
• Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and eLearning best practices is a plus.
• Ability to break down complex topics into easy-to-understand lessons.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to content accuracy.
• Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines.
• Understanding of SEO or content structuring for digital publishing (bonus).
• Basic knowledge of scriptwriting for audio/video is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
