Key Responsibilities2.1 Academic Leadership
- Plan, implement, and review curriculum in alignment with board guidelines and school vision. High school level
2.3 Student Development & Welfare
- Monitor academic progress and socio-emotional development of students.
- Implement remedial and enrichment programs where necessary.
- Address behavioral and discipline matters in coordination with teachers and parents.
- Promote inclusive education and student well-being initiatives.
- Ensure a safe, child-friendly, and positive learning environment.
2.4 Parent & Stakeholder Engagement
- Organize Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) and orientation programs.
- Address parent concerns professionally and promptly.
- Communicate academic updates, policies, and student progress reports.
- Support school events, exhibitions, and community engagement initiatives.
2.5 Administrative & Compliance Responsibilities
- Prepare academic calendars, timetables, and schedules.
- Maintain academic records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with board regulations and school policies.
- Support implementation of safety, child protection, and quality standards.
- Assist the Principal in strategic academic planning.
3. Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Education or relevant discipline.
- only from Maths, Physics, Chemistry stream
- B.Ed. mandatory.
4. Competencies & Skills
- Strong knowledge of early childhood and primary pedagogy.
- Curriculum planning and academic management expertise.
