Ability to stay current on changes in the field so that they can keep their courses up-to-date with the latest developments in their discipline

Academic Guidance:

• Assisting students with course selection and registration.
• Helping students understand graduation requirements and program expectations.
• Guiding students in developing personalized academic plans.
• Providing information about academic policies and procedures.
• Supporting students in making informed decisions about their academic future.
• Career Planning:
• Providing advice on career paths and job opportunities.
• Assisting students with resume writing, interview skills, and job searching.
• Connecting students with alumni and internship opportunities.
• Student Support:
• Addressing student concerns about academic, emotional, or social issues.
• Referral to mental health resources if needed.
• Mediation of conflicts between students and teachers.
• Improving parent/teacher relationships.
• Other Responsibilities:
• Participating in student recruitment and retention efforts.
• Adhering to state and federal mandates regarding education and student aid.
• Maintaining student records and ensuring confidentiality.
• Coordinating and conducting informational sessions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
