Academic Lead - Female

NSYET is seeking an experienced Academic Lead to design, implement and continuously improve inclusive academic programs for visually impaired learners.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

-Academic program development, curriculum design & planning

-Student mentoring, academic guidance & career counseling

- Teacher training, evaluation & capacity building

- Assistive technology integration & inclusive education practices

- Coordination with HR, management & external stakeholders

- Academic monitoring, reporting & data management

- Development of accessible learning materials

- Ensuring quality, compliance, and continuous improvement of academic programs
