Role Summary
The Academic Manager – Academics is responsible for the end-to-end implementation and monitoring of Next Education’s academic programs in partner schools. The role acts as the single point of contact for schools on all academic matters — ensuring effective utilization of curriculum, digital tools, labs, and assessments to drive impactful teaching and learning outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct teacher training, orientation, and academic workshops to ensure high-quality program delivery.
- Monitor and support the implementation of the curriculum, digital content, labs, and assessments in partner schools.
- Coordinate the delivery, availability, and usage of textbooks, teaching aids, digital resources, and lab materials.
- Facilitate smooth execution of assessments, ERP tools, and academic reporting processes.
- Maintain regular and proactive communication with school leadership, teachers, and internal academic teams.
- Track program implementation, address challenges or escalations, and share timely reports and feedback.
- Support academic audits, classroom observations, and data analysis to drive continuous improvement.

- Ability to build strong school relationships and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Education, Science, or related fields preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
