Role Summary

The Academic Manager – Academics is responsible for the end-to-end implementation and monitoring of Next Education’s academic programs in partner schools. The role acts as the single point of contact for schools on all academic matters — ensuring effective utilization of curriculum, digital tools, labs, and assessments to drive impactful teaching and learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct teacher training, orientation, and academic workshops to ensure high-quality program delivery.
  • Monitor and support the implementation of the curriculum, digital content, labs, and assessments in partner schools.
  • Coordinate the delivery, availability, and usage of textbooks, teaching aids, digital resources, and lab materials.
  • Facilitate smooth execution of assessments, ERP tools, and academic reporting processes.
  • Maintain regular and proactive communication with school leadership, teachers, and internal academic teams.
  • Track program implementation, address challenges or escalations, and share timely reports and feedback.
  • Support academic audits, classroom observations, and data analysis to drive continuous improvement.

Desired Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in teacher training, academic operations, or curriculum implementation.
  • Comfort with technology, ERP systems, and digital classroom tools.
  • Ability to build strong school relationships and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Education, Science, or related fields preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
