Academic Manager - Night Shift

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Academic Manager - Night Shift to oversee the instructional staff at our Online Teaching Institute.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain faculty schedules, ensuring adequate coverage for all courses and programs.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to faculty members.
• Coordinate professional development opportunities to enhance teaching effectiveness and encourage innovation in online education.
• Serve as a liaison between faculty and other departments, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
• Monitor course quality and students and parents feedback, implementing improvements as necessary to meet educational goals.
• Stay updated on trends and best practices in online education to inform decision-making and strategic planning.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum three year of experience in education management, particularly in an online teaching environment.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a diverse team of educators.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with faculty, staff, and students.
• Familiarity with online teaching tools.
• Ability to adapt to changing educational technologies and methodologies.

Office Timing: 10 Pm to 07 Am (Monday to Friday)
