Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Academic Manager to lead and manage our academic operations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the UK curriculum, including IGCSE, O Levels, and A Levels, along with proven leadership and long-term commitment.
This role requires someone who can oversee teaching quality, manage faculty, and ensure academic excellence across all UK boards.

Key Responsibilities
1. Oversee academic planning, curriculum delivery, and quality assurance
2. Manage and support teachers teaching IGCSE, O Levels, and A Levels
3. Ensure syllabus coverage and alignment with UK board requirements
4. Monitor teacher performance and student academic progress
5. Plan and supervise internal assessments and examinations
6. Liaise with parents, teachers, and management on academic matters
7. Maintain academic discipline and standards across departments

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of teaching experience with the UK curriculum
• Experience teaching IGCSE and above up to O & A Levels
• Strong knowledge of UK examination boards (Cambridge, Edexcel, AQA, OCR, etc.)
• Proven leadership and team-management skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Willingness to commit long-term to the institution
• Ability to work under pressure and meet academic targets
• Should be able to work on site

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs125,000.00 per month
