About the Role:
We are looking for dedicated and passionate Academic Mentors (Teachers) to provide one-on-one home tuition at student's homes in Ernakulam (All Subjects). The role involves guiding students in their academic journey, strengthening subject knowledge, and building confidence in learning.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized one-on-one tutoring to students at their homes.
• Teach subjects based on the student’s school curriculum (KG–12).
• Prepare lesson plans and practice materials tailored to each student’s learning needs.
• Monitor and track student progress, offering constructive feedback.
• Create a supportive, engaging, and motivating learning environment.
• Coordinate with parents to update them on their child’s performance and areas of improvement.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge in one or more school subjects (KG–12).
• Excellent communication and teaching skills.
• Prior teaching or tutoring experience preferred.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual learning styles.
• Commitment, punctuality, and a student-first approach.
• Must be located in Ernakulam and willing to travel to student's homes.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹3,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 3 – 10 per week
