Job Summary
The Senior Academician will act as the Chief Academic Officer of the school, responsible for academic planning, curriculum execution, teacher mentoring, and student performance. The role serves to ensure quality delivery and compliance with CBSE standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and implement academic calendars, timetables, and period allocation
- Monitor teaching quality, syllabus completion, and learning outcomes
- Conduct daily classroom observations and provide feedback
- Teach up to 8 periods per week
- Support and mentor teachers on curriculum and pedagogy
- Ensure student assessments, notebook checks, counselling, and PTM support
- Induct and train new teachers on NEIPL products and processes
- Maintain academic records, lab registers, and MIS reporting
- Support academic audits and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate with Principal, HO teams, and parents
- Support academic clubs, school events, and admission campaigns

Required Skills & Competencies
