Role Overview

JABX Institute is hiring an Academic Outreach Executive (Male) to handle college visits, institutional outreach, student engagement, and ground-level academic promotion. This role is field-oriented and performance-driven, suited for candidates who are confident in communication and relationship building.

This is not a desk-only job. You will represent JABX directly in colleges and institutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit colleges, institutes, and academic partners for outreach activities.
• Coordinate with principals, HODs, placement officers, and faculty.
• Promote JABX courses through presentations and discussions.
• Collect student data, leads, and feedback during visits.
• Support admission counseling team with verified leads.
• Plan and execute outreach campaigns as per schedule.
• Submit daily and weekly outreach reports.

Eligibility Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in academic outreach / education marketing / field marketing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel locally for college visits.
• Presentable personality with professional attitude.
• Basic documentation and reporting skills.
