5. Added Advantage: Consulting on Qualitative analysis (Atlas. ti, NVIVO, or manual)

6. Added Advantage: Consulting on Quantitative analysis (SPSS, SmartPLS, AMOS)

7. Added Advantage: Able to do Formatting and Referencing

8. Added Advantage: Candidate with solid Scopus/WoS publications
