About the role – Operations Manager

The Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless execution of BeyondSkool’s programs in partner schools. This position requires a professional with strong operational expertise, the ability to manage academic deliverables, and proficiency in handling data-driven decision-making. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing program implementation, managing school relationships, and ensuring that students receive a high-impact learning experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Program & Academic Management:

● Ensure all activities as per the academic calendar are completed on time, including curriculum delivery, assessments, events, and reporting as per the acae. ● Oversee and manage the seamless execution of BeyondSkool programs across partner schools.

● Implement structured planning to track and achieve academic milestones effectively.

Relationship & Query Resolution:

● Act as the primary point of contact between BeyondSkool, school principals, teachers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and resolution of concerns.

● Address and resolve any program-related queries from schools efficiently to maintain strong partnerships.

Teacher Management & Training:

● Support and manage teachers to ensure effective program implementation in classrooms.

● Conduct training sessions to equip teachers with BeyondSkool’s pedagogy, ensuring they deliver engaging and impactful lessons.

Event Coordination:

● Plan and execute school events as per the academic calendar to enhance student engagement and learning experiences.

● Coordinate with school authorities and internal teams to ensure successful event execution.

Renewals & Collections:

● Support program renewals by ensuring high-impact program execution and maintaining strong school relationships.

● Assist in collection processes by liaising with school administrators and BeyondSkool’s internal teams.

Process Optimization & Compliance:

● Develop and implement efficient workflows for streamlined program execution. ● Ensure all programs adhere to academic guidelines, internal policies, and school-specific requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements:

● Bachelor’s degree in any field; a Master’s degree is a plus.

● 1-3 years of experience in operations, academic coordination, or a school setup (mandatory).

● Additional 1-2 years of experience in an education-related operational role is a bonus.

● Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis, reporting, and follow-ups.

● Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple school programs simultaneously.

● Strong interpersonal skills to foster relationships with school administrators and teachers.

● Ability to adapt to dynamic challenges and proactively implement solutions. ● Passion for education and a commitment to making a meaningful impact on student learning.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
