Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Academic Supervisor to oversee and enhance the academic operations and instructional quality across programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for academic excellence.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree or higher in Education.
• B.ED/M.ED (Mandatory)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in academic supervision, teaching, or educational administration.
• Strong understanding of curriculum design, instructional strategies, and academic assessment.
• Proven leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in educational technologies and learning management systems (LMS).
• Familiarity with modern teaching tools and e-learning platforms.
• Certifications in educational management or leadership (preferred).

Key Responsibilities:

• Curriculum Oversight:
• Ensure proper implementation of the school’s academic curriculum.
• Evaluate and suggest improvements to teaching methodologies and lesson plans.
• Align instructional strategies with state/national academic standards and school policies.
• Teacher Supervision & Mentorship:
• Observe classroom sessions and provide constructive feedback to teachers.
• Conduct regular training sessions or workshops for professional development.
• Serve as a mentor and advisor to teachers, addressing academic challenges.
• Academic Monitoring:
• Analyze student performance data and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with teachers to create action plans for struggling students.
• Supervise examination processes, ensuring fair assessments and timely evaluations.
• Coordination and Reporting:
• Act as a liaison between the teaching staff and school management.
• Submit regular reports to the Principal or Academic Coordinator regarding academic progress and challenges.
• Coordinate parent-teacher interactions for feedback on student performance.
• Quality Assurance:
• Ensure adherence to educational standards and policies.
• Drive initiatives to maintain and elevate teaching quality across all levels.
• Oversee the integration of innovative teaching tools and technologies.
