Job Vacancy: Academic Supervisor (Nursery)

We are seeking an Academic Supervisor to join our nursery team. The ideal candidate will have solid knowledge of the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) curriculum and proven experience in supervising teachers and staff to ensure the highest standards of early-childhood education.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily teaching and learning activities in line with the EYFS framework.

• Support, mentor, and evaluate teachers and staff performance.

• Prepare academic plans, reports, and progress assessments.

• Maintain effective communication with parents and the nursery management.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.

• Previous experience in a nursery or preschool that follows the EYFS curriculum.

• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
