Academic Trainer – (Computer Science / Coding / Robotics)

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging online and in-person training sessions for students, teachers, and academic partners.
• Teach Computer Science, Coding, and Robotics through interactive lectures and hands-on activities.
• Develop, update, and manage digital curriculum, lesson plans, and training materials.
• Create digital learning content including coding exercises, tutorials, assessments, and recorded sessions.
• Evaluate learner performance, conduct assessments, and provide constructive feedback.
• Mentor students on academic concepts, projects, and technology-focused career paths.
• Use LMS platforms, virtual labs, and EdTech tools to improve learning outcomes.
• Conduct webinars, workshops, bootcamps, and certification programs.
• Collaborate with content, product, and academic teams to enhance course quality.
• Maintain learner records, attendance, and ensure academic compliance.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering (B.Tech/M.Tech), BSc, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of teaching, training, or EdTech experience in Computer Science or related subjects.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong presentation, interpersonal, and learner engagement skills.
• Comfortable teaching in online, hybrid, and classroom environments.
• Willingness to travel for workshops or partner institutions.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

• Experience with LMS platforms.
• Knowledge of Python, Scratch, Robotics kits, or AI/ML basics.
• Prior experience in EdTech companies or online education platforms.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
