Job Title: Academic Trainer – East (Based in Patna)

Location: Patna
Region Coverage: East India

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop comprehensive training modules aligned with Preschool academic standards.
• Conduct in-house training sessions and prepare detailed Minutes of Meeting (MOM).
• Deliver online and offline training sessions for school teachers and submit structured training reports.
• Organize and conduct Parent Orientations, Webinars, and Workshops for Center Heads, Teachers, and Students.
• Facilitate Soft Skills Training programs for educators and school teams.
• Observe classroom teaching practices, provide constructive feedback, and prepare observation reports.
• Travel to schools across East India to conduct academic training sessions and academic audits.
• Manage and coordinate training calendars; ensure timely sharing of schedules with stakeholders.
• Support schools with guidance related to CBSE academic expectations and affiliation requirements.
• Lead and manage training teams to ensure smooth execution of academic initiatives.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Candidate must be based in Patna.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the education sector, preferably as a Teacher Trainer in Pre schools.
• Strong understanding of CBSE curriculum framework and affiliation norms.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and report-writing skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across East India.
• Strong team management and coordination abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
