Academic Trainer - Job Description Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct English language training sessions for students and teachers.
  • Design and deliver teacher training programs to enhance classroom effectiveness.
  • Develop curriculum-aligned lesson plans and resource materials.
  • Provide ongoing academic support and mentoring to teachers.
  • Evaluate and improve teaching methods and language proficiency.
  • Monitor and assess student and teacher performance.
  • Stay updated with the latest educational trends and methodologies.
  • Collaborate with academic teams for consistent quality in delivery.
  • Maintain records of training sessions, assessments, and progress reports.

Qualifications / Preferred Candidate Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Arts (BA, MA).
  • Minimum 1 year of teaching experience in English.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage and motivate learners effectively.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to different locations for training assignments.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹44,000.00 per month
