Responsibilities

• Design and implement customized lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and student learning objectives
• Use learning technology tools to enhance instruction and facilitate interactive learning experiences
• Provide one-on-one or group tutoring sessions across a variety of subjects, including early childhood education, elementary, middle, or high school topics
• Manage classroom dynamics effectively to create a supportive and disciplined environment conducive to learning
• Adapt teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles, including special education needs and adult education programs
• Develop engaging instructional materials and activities that promote active participation and critical thinking
• Track student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback and adjusting lesson plans as needed to ensure continuous improvement

Requirements

• Proven experience in tutoring or teaching, with a strong background in classroom management and working with children or adult learners
• Knowledge of curriculum development, lesson planning, and assessment techniques
• Familiarity with learning technology platforms and digital educational tools
• Experience working with students with special education needs or early childhood education is highly desirable
• Excellent communication skills to clearly convey concepts and motivate learners of all ages
• Demonstrated ability to manage classroom environments effectively in preschool or childcare settings
• Strong organizational skills for maintaining accurate records of student progress and lesson plans

Pay: $22.73 - $27.37 per hour
