Renexus Resource Group is seeking a proficient and research-driven Academic Writer to join our growing in-house writing team in Karachi. This role offers an opportunity to work on a wide range of academic and analytical projects while developing expertise across various disciplines.

The ideal candidate should have strong research and writing capabilities, the ability to interpret complex information, and a passion for creating clear, original, and well-structured academic content that meets international standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Academic Research: Conduct detailed literature reviews and gather data to create well-informed academic papers, essays, and analytical reports.
• Content Development: Write and refine original academic material ensuring accuracy, logical flow, and clarity.
• Referencing & Formatting: Apply correct citation styles (APA, MLA, Harvard, Chicago, etc.) with consistency and precision.
• Data Analysis: Use analytical tools such as SPSS, Stata, EViews, or MATLAB to support quantitative and qualitative research projects.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all written work meets academic integrity standards, maintaining originality and coherence.
• Deadline Management: Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining excellence in output.
• Team Collaboration: Coordinate with peers and supervisors to ensure shared quality objectives and project alignment.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong command of written English with advanced grammar and composition skills.
• Excellent research, analytical, and critical thinking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel.
• Thorough understanding of academic referencing systems.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to factual accuracy.
• Organized, reliable, and capable of managing multiple writing tasks efficiently.

Education & Experience

• Education: A-Levels, Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree in English, Linguistics, Communications, or a relevant academic discipline.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of professional experience in academic or research-based writing.
• Preferred: Practical experience with SPSS, EViews, Stata, or MATLAB for data analysis will be considered a strong advantage.
