The Academy Leader is responsible for the strategic management, continuous improvement, and content excellence Academythe company's self-paced digital learning platform. This role ensures that the Academy delivers a high-impact, engaging, and scalable learning experience aligned with the evolving needs of our B2B clients.

The Academy Leader collaborates cross-functionally with the L&D, Content, Technology, Client Success, and Sales teams to maintain platform relevance, enhance learner engagement, and drive product adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Oversight & Platform Management

  • Define and execute the vision and strategy for Academy in alignment with company goals.
  • Ensure the platforms course catalog remains up to date, diverse, and aligned with market and client needs.
  • Oversee the performance and optimization of the learning experience, UX, and platform functionality.

2. Content Governance & Curation

  • Lead the selection, vetting, and curation of self-paced content across both Arabic and English.
  • Work with internal subject matter experts or external providers to enrich the content library.
  • Implement content tagging, categorization, and recommendation systems to enhance discoverability and learning paths.

3. Data & Performance Insights

  • Monitor platform analytics and learner behavior to track engagement, completions, and content performance.
  • Prepare regular reports and insights for leadership and client-facing teams on usage trends and content impact.
  • Use data to recommend platform enhancements and content adjustments.
  • Partner with the Client Success (RM) team to ensure clients are onboarded effectively and are maximizing their use of the Academy.
  • Support the Learning Journeys by aligning content to blended learning plans.
  • Work with the Technical Team to ensure smooth functionality, issue resolution, and UX enhancements.
  • Keep pace with trends in EdTech, microlearning, and digital content delivery to evolve the platform offering.
  • Test and adopt new features, gamification tools, and engagement tactics to increase learner satisfaction and value.
  • Lead pilots or A/B tests on new learning formats or journeys.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in digital learning, instructional design, or platform/content management in EduTech or SaaS environments.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, digital learning platforms, and content strategy.
  • Experience working with LMS or LXP platforms; familiarity with Totara is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret learning data and user behavior.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong plus.
