Duties

• Prepare and serve acai bowls and other menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards.
• Operate the POS systems for efficient order processing and payment transactions.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, equipment, and utensils in compliance with food safety regulations.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Assist with inventory management, including stocking supplies and reporting any shortages.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50LB
