Job Overview:

PAC is seeking dynamic, highly skilled, and experienced ACCA-qualified faculty members to join our global teaching team. As an ACCA Faculty member, you will be responsible for delivering interactive and engaging lectures for all ACCA papers through our online portal in English. This role offers the flexibility of teaching remotely, allowing you to make a global impact while helping students succeed in their ACCA exams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Delivering High-Quality Lessons: Provide structured and engaging lessons for all ACCA papers, ensuring the content is accurate, relevant, and up-to-date with the latest syllabus.

2. Online Delivery: Teach live and pre-recorded sessions via PAC's online portal. Ensure effective communication and student engagement throughout the lesson.

3. Student Support: Offer guidance, answer queries, and provide academic support to students via the portal’s communication channels.

4. Assessments & Feedback: Design assignments, quizzes, and mock exams for students. Provide constructive feedback to help students improve their performance.

5. Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with other faculty members to share resources, teaching strategies, and best practices.

6. Stay Updated: Continuously update knowledge on ACCA’s curriculum changes and implement them in your teaching methodology.

Requirements:

ü ACCA Qualification: Must be a qualified ACCA member (or equivalent professional qualification).

ü Teaching Experience: Proven experience teaching ACCA papers at a reputable institution, preferably with experience in online teaching.

ü Language Proficiency: Excellent command of English (both written and spoken) is a must. The ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner. Candidates who have cleared language proficiency tests such as TOEFL, IELTS, TSL, or similar will be preferred.

ü Technology Skills: Comfortable using digital teaching tools, including online portals, video conferencing, and educational software.

ü Global Availability: Ability to teach remotely, with flexible hours, to cater to students from different time zones.

ü Student-Centered Approach: Passionate about teaching and committed to student success. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and motivate students effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience teaching ACCA globally via online platforms.

Familiarity with the ACCA portal and exam systems.

Strong research skills to stay updated with changes in the ACCA syllabus.
