Accessibility Operations Manager (Junior Role)

Key Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day implementation of accessibility and inclusion initiatives across various venues and experiences.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accessibility measures are integrated into operations, events, and guest experiences.
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining accessibility assets, equipment, and services.
- Help manage guest requests related to accessibility, ensuring timely response and follow-up.
- Support accessibility training sessions for staff and maintain training records.
- Contribute to accessibility audits, checklists, and improvement plans.
- Assist with reporting, data collection, and documentation to support strategic decision-making.
- Stay up to date on accessibility trends, assistive technologies, and inclusive practices.

Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Special Education, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field. - Passion for accessibility, inclusion, and improving the experiences of People of Determination. - Strong organizational and communication skills. - Ability to work collaboratively across departments. - Basic understanding of accessibility principles (training will be provided). - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with digital tools is a plus. - Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
