About the Traineeship Program

We are looking for an Accessories Design Trainee who is passionate about fashion accessories, detailing, and lifestyle design. This is an unpaid traineeship Program (6-8 Weeks) where you will gain hands-on experience in designing accessories such as bags, jewelry, belts, scarves, eyewear, and more. You will work closely with the design team to research, conceptualize, and support the development of products that complement Wabric’s fashion lines.

**Only students or recent graduates pursuing/completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accessories Design / Fashion Design / Lifestyle Product Design and or relevant fields may apply. Selection will be based on interview performance. Candidates must be available for full-time (Remote) traineeship. (Add Portfolio Link in Resume)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in researching accessory trends, materials, and global market insights.
• Support in developing concept sketches, mood boards, and CADs for accessories.
• Help in preparing design specifications, material sheets, and sampling briefs.
• Collaborate with the production team on sampling, prototyping, and material selection.
• Explore eco-friendly, recycled, and natural materials for sustainable accessories.
• Assist in styling accessories for shoots and campaigns.
• Maintain design archives, swatch books, and reference material.

Requirements

• Student or fresher in Fashion Design, Accessory Design, Product Design, or related fields.
• Strong creative and visualization skills.
• Familiarity with tools like Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, or Rhino is a plus.
• Passion for fashion accessories, detailing, and craftsmanship.
• Good communication & teamwork skills.
• Curiosity to experiment with new concepts, materials, and design approaches.
