Accommodation Associate Executive

Nova is looking for a dedicated Accommodation Associate Executive to join our team in Jizan! If you’re passionate about ensuring excellent living standards and supporting employee welfare, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of staff accommodation facilities to maintain comfort and cleanliness
• Coordinate room allocation and bookings in line with company policies
• Oversee maintenance and housekeeping to ensure all facilities are safe and well-maintained
• Maintain accurate records of occupancy and accommodation inventory
• Address and resolve accommodation-related issues to promote a positive living environment
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in accommodation or facility management,
• Proficient in Arabic and English
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks and working in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Property Management Systems is a plus
