Role Overview
This role is responsible for managing end to end accommodation operations, including administration, maintenance, and service delivery across multiple locations. The objective is to ensure safe, compliant, and well maintained living conditions for employees, while driving efficiency, cost control, and overall satisfaction.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Accommodation Management

Manage day to day operations of employee accommodations across assigned locations.

Oversee room allocations, occupancy tracking, and headcount data accuracy.

Ensure accommodation standards are consistently maintained in line with internal policies and local regulations.

Lead on site teams including supervisors, housekeeping, and external service providers.

Conduct routine inspections to monitor cleanliness, safety, and overall upkeep.
Facilities and Maintenance

Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities with internal teams and vendors.

Monitor maintenance schedules, service requests, and contractor performance.

Ensure timely resolution of infrastructure and utility related issues.
Compliance and Safety

Ensure all accommodations comply with applicable labor laws, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Maintain proper documentation for inspections, licenses, and compliance records.

Implement and monitor health, safety, and emergency response procedures.
Financial Management

Develop and manage budgets related to accommodation operations.

Track and control expenses across utilities, maintenance, and services.

Identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency without impacting quality or compliance.
Employee Experience

Act as the main point of contact for accommodation related queries and concerns.

Address issues in a timely and effective manner to maintain a positive living environment.

Support onboarding through orientation sessions related to accommodation guidelines.
Vendor Management

Oversee third party service providers including housekeeping, maintenance, catering, and transport.

Monitor service quality and ensure contractual obligations are met.

Support commercial discussions and performance reviews with vendors.
Reporting and Administration

Maintain records related to occupancy, maintenance, safety checks, and operational costs.

Prepare periodic reports highlighting performance metrics, key issues, and improvement areas.
Qualification & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

10+ years of experience in accommodation or facilities management within high volume environments
-
Understanding of KSA accommodation regulations is an advantage
-
Multi site operations experience preferred
