Accommodation Supervisor (UAE Manual Driving Licence No. 3)

Job Description

Guardforce Global is looking for an experienced Accommodation Supervisor to manage multiple staff accommodations across the UAE. The successful candidate will ensure housing facilities are well maintained, compliant with company policies, and supportive of staff welfare.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all company staff accommodations across the UAE.
• Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, safety, and security of staff housing.
• Conduct inspections and follow up on corrective actions.
• Manage occupancy, room allocations, and maintain resident records.
• Coordinate with transport, housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams.
• Enforce company policies, HSE rules, and accommodation guidelines.
• Prepare and submit regular reports to management.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of UAE experience in accommodation / camp management within manpower supply, facilities, cleaning, or security industries.
• Must hold a valid UAE Manual Driving Licence No. 3.
• Strong supervisory and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multicultural staff across multiple locations.
• Flexible and reliable, with willingness to travel between sites.

Package & Benefits

Salary: AED 2,500 – AED 2,800 per month

Accommodation & transport provided by company

Living base in Dubai, with responsibility for accommodations across the UAE
