Role: Account & Administrative Executive
Work Location- Dubai, UAE
Required Experience: 2-3 Yrs
Salary: 5000 AED
We are hiring a detail-oriented Admin & Accounts Executive for our Dubai office. This role involves 70% Gulf Accounting and 30% Administration , ensuring smooth financial operations and office management.
Accounting & Finance:
Billing & Receivables Management:
• Prepare and process customer invoices as per UAE VAT regulations.
• Monitor receivables and follow up for timely collections.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.
Accounts Payable & Vendor Management:
• Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.
• Maintain proper documentation and supporting records.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve issues.
Legal, VAT & Taxation Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT laws and filing requirements.
• Coordinate with tax consultants and auditors for statutory filings.
• Maintain records for corporate compliance, trade licenses, and regulatory renewals.
Financial Reporting & Coordination:
• Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial statements for Corporate Office.
• Coordinate with Corporate Finance, HR, and Management teams for budgeting and reporting.
• Assist in internal and external audit processes.
• Maintain proper accounting records in ERP/accounting software.
Administration:
Office Administration:
• Office operations & vendor management
• Employee administrative support
Documentation & Compliance:
• Manage company documentation, contracts, and official correspondence.
• Coordinate visa documentation and employee-related administrative support (if required).
• Ensure timely renewal of trade license, insurance policies, and other statutory requirements.
Corporate Coordination:
• Act as a liaison between Dubai office and Corporate Head Office.
• Support inter-departmental communication and documentation flow.
Requirements:
• Master’s Degree in Commerce/Finance
• 2–3 years of UAE/Gulf accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT & compliance
• Proficiency in accounting software (ERP/Tally/Zoho etc.)
• Good communication & organizational skills
