About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and reliable Accountant to take full responsibility for our company’s all accounting entries,Sale Bill,Purchase Bill,Export Documentation,GST and Income Tax work.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Tally and SAP Business One, a deep understanding of GST and ITR filing, and the ability to independently manage all financial records and purchasing entries with accuracy and discipline.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the entire accounts department, including daily accounting entries, ledgers, Bank etries and reconciliations.
• Handle GST filings, returns, and compliance with complete accuracy and on-time submission.
• Prepare and file Income Tax Returns (ITR) and coordinate with auditors for finalization of accounts.
• Maintain timely payment reminder to customer and payment to supplier.
• Maintain inventory and purchase records in Tally/SAP Business One.
• Prepare MIS reports, balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and monthly financial summaries.
• Ensure timely TDS and GST payments, E-way bills, and documentation as per statutory norms.
• Ensure punctuality, confidentiality, and accountability in all financial activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.com ,M.Com / CA Inter preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, purchase, and taxation.
• Strong hands-on experience in Tally ERP 9 / Prime and SAP Business One (mandatory).
• In-depth knowledge of GST filing, ITR, TDS, E-way bills, and general accounting standards.
• Strong communication, analytical, and time management skills.
• Punctual, disciplined, and committed to long-term association with the company.
