Account Assistant

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in accounting or finance
  • Knowledge of Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP software preferred
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Good communication skills in English

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in daily accounting and bookkeeping activities
  • Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and payment vouchers
  • Maintain financial records and filing systems
  • Handle data entry in accounting software and Excel
  • Assist in bank reconciliation and petty cash management
  • Follow up on payments and supplier statements
  • Support preparation of reports for management
  • Coordinate with other departments for financial documentation

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Dubai (Dubai)
