Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Account Based Marketing (ABM) Specialist to join our newly formed Sales & Lead Generation department. You will identify, target, and engage high-value B2B accounts through cold outreach, LinkedIn campaigns, and personalized email marketing — working hand-in-hand with SDRs and Account Executives to build a strong, qualified pipeline.
Core Skills Required
- Cold Outreach Specialist — initiating first contact with prospects across multiple channels
- LinkedIn Outreach — leveraging LinkedIn Sales Navigator for targeted prospecting and connection campaigns
- Email Marketing — designing and executing personalized outbound email sequences (not bulk blasts)
- Outbound Sales — proactively driving pipeline from the top of the funnel
- Lead Generation Tools — proficient in tools such as Apollo.io, Hunter.io, Lusha, or HubSpot
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a Target Account List (TAL) of 50–200 priority B2B companies
- Execute personalized LinkedIn connection and messaging campaigns targeting decision-makers
- Design and manage outbound cold email sequences with strong open and reply rates
- Conduct deep account research — pain points, org structure, buying signals, tech stack
- Coordinate with SDRs to hand off warm prospects with full context notes
- Track account engagement: email opens, LinkedIn replies, profile visits, link clicks
- Manage and optimize all lead generation tools and maintain clean CRM data
- Report on pipeline influenced, meetings generated, and outreach conversion rates weekly
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 2–4 years of hands-on B2B outbound marketing or lead generation experience
- Demonstrated experience running LinkedIn outreach campaigns (not just posting content)
- Strong written English — ability to write sharp, concise, personalized cold messages
- Experience with at least one lead generation tool: Apollo.io, Lusha, ZoomInfo, or similar
- Data-driven mindset — tracks and optimizes performance metrics consistently
