Job Summary:
As an extension of the Marketing Team, the Account Coordinator is responsible for supporting client work, monitoring project budgets, conducting research, and fulfilling orders for branded merchandise, collateral, and a variety of other client materials. This role will provide administrative support for all Marketing Works clients and our internal Marketing Team.
Key Responsibilities
Client Services Support

Assist with day-to-day client and partner support including coordination of deliverables and campaign updates.

Help track marketing expenses and meet client budgets.

Maintain project timelines, task checklists, and status updates to ensure deadlines are met.

Assist with vendor quotes and budget reporting.
Ordering & Special Event Fulfillment

Manage inventory of promotional items and event materials.

Process and track orders for all client materials, branded collateral, signage, and giveaway items to ensure timely delivery.

Work with vendors and internal teams to maintain quality and brand standards.

Assist with coordination of clients’ community events and sponsorships by assembling and organizing booth materials, branded items, signage, and documentation.

Support on-site logistics (as needed), including occasional travel or remote event assistance.
Market Research

Design and distribute surveys, conduct focus groups, and manage the collection of primary data.

Compile and distribute acquired data to identify potential markets, customer segments, and opportunities for growth.
Administrative Support

Support in coordinating meetings, preparing materials, and distributing notes when requested.

Assist with incoming phone traffic and monitor voicemail daily.
Other Responsibilities as Requested

May be asked to assist with light design work and content edits.

Maintain organized files for client assets and campaign documents.

Jump in to support special projects, team initiatives, or urgent marketing needs.
Qualifications
-
1–3 years of experience in marketing or project management required.

Exceptional organizational skills being detail-oriented with strong time management skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Willingness to travel occasionally or assist with off-hours event support.

Familiarity with project management tools, design platforms, and Microsoft Office.
