Find The RightJob.

Account Coordinator

We are a performance marketing agency built exclusively for private addiction treatment and behavioral health facilities. We don't work with anyone else. Every Google Ads campaign we run, every landing page we build, every piece of content we publish is in service of one outcome: connecting people who need treatment with the facilities that can help them.

We were founded by two people in long-term recovery. That shapes everything about how we operate.

We're a small, fast-moving team based in Los Angeles. The work is serious, the culture is not precious, and the opportunity for someone early in their career to learn and grow here is real.

The Role

This is a ground-floor opportunity for someone who wants to learn how a modern marketing agency actually runs, from the inside.

You'll sit at the center of our delivery team, working directly with our Client Success Manager and getting regular exposure to our CEO. Your job is to make sure the right work gets done by the right people at the right time, and that nothing falls through the cracks. That sounds simple. It isn't always. But if you're the kind of person who finds genuine satisfaction in a clean ClickUp board and a smoothly executed deliverable, you'll thrive here.

This isn't a role where you'll be handed a narrow lane and told to stay in it. You'll touch Google Ads, SEO, social media, landing page strategy, client reporting, and WordPress. You'll be in meetings where real decisions get made, and you'll be responsible for turning those decisions into action.

If you want a job where you can put your head down, do your small piece, and go home, this isn't it. If you want a job where you can learn fast, own real things, and grow into whatever you're capable of, keep reading.

What You'll Own

  • ClickUp management: You're the reason nothing dies in a backlog. You join meetings, document deliverables, assign tasks to the right people with clear instructions and due dates, and follow up when things are overdue. This is non-negotiable.
  • Cross-channel coordination: Our Google Ads, SEO, and Social teams need to talk to each other. Keyword plans, content calendars, campaign briefs. You're the connective tissue that makes sure the right information gets to the right person at the right time.
  • Reporting: Pulling weekly and monthly performance data from Google Ads, GA4, and Agency Analytics so our senior team can spend their time analyzing rather than extracting.
  • Landing page management: We have a portfolio of active landing pages across our client portfolio. You'll monitor conversion performance, flag opportunities, coordinate copy updates, and come up with ideas to vet with the team. You'll also proactively identify where new landing pages should be spun up.
  • WordPress / web updates: When a client needs a page updated, an image swapped, or a form fixed, that comes to you. You execute it or coordinate it, and you make sure it's done fast.
  • Quality checks: Before deliverables go out, someone needs to make sure they match the brief. That's you.
  • General delivery support: Whatever Avery (our CSM) needs to move faster and serve clients better, you help make that happen.

What We're Looking For

No specific number of years of experience required. Here's what actually matters:

  • You're obsessively detail oriented. Your sock drawer is impressively organized. You naturally track things, follow up on things, and notice when something is about to fall through the cracks.
  • You're curious about digital marketing. You don't need to know everything, but you need to want to learn everything.
  • You can write clearly. Not fancy, just clear.
  • You have some familiarity with WordPress. You don't need to be a developer. You need to be comfortable enough to execute basic updates without breaking things.
  • You're comfortable in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and pick up new tools quickly.
  • You want to work at a startup. You understand what that means: things move fast, roles evolve, you'll sometimes be figuring it out as you go, and that excites you rather than scares you.
  • You want direct access to leadership and you'll actually use it.

Bonus if you have experience with Google Ads, ClickUp, Agency Analytics, or any marketing analytics platform.

Why This Job

You'll work directly with our CEO and Client Success Manager from day one. There's no middle management layer insulating you from how decisions actually get made. If you're paying attention, you'll learn more in a year here than you would in five years somewhere bigger.

The recovery industry is unlike any other. The work matters in a concrete, measurable way. We're not selling software subscriptions or optimizing ad spend for e-commerce brands. We're helping people find treatment. That's the context you'll be operating in every day, and for the right person, it means something.

We're growing. This role has a real ceiling, which is to say it doesn't have one. Where you take it depends on you.
