Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Account Coordinator to join our Customer Support team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for client queries, ensuring exceptional support while identifying opportunities to cross-sell and upsell relevant Webpulse Solution products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned client accounts, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high satisfaction.
- Proactively identify and recommend additional digital products or services based on client needs and business goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to maximize retention and identify upselling opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and product teams to communicate client feedback, customize offerings, and follow through on sales leads.
- Consistently achieve individual and team cross-sell/upsell targets.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Stay updated on Webpulse Solution’s products, industry trends, and market competition.
- Deliver presentations or product demos to clients as required.
- Assist with onboarding new clients, ensuring a smooth and informative setup experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in customer support, account management, or a similar client-facing role (preferably in digital/tech services).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a persuasive and positive approach.
- Ability to understand client business needs and match them with appropriate solutions.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking ability.
- Familiarity with CRM software and digital sales tools.
- Target-driven and motivated by achieving KPIs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in cross-selling or upselling in a digital services environment.
- Working knowledge of digital marketing, web development, or related domains.
- Multilingual skills are a plus.
