As our Account Coordinator & Enrollment Manager, you’ll own the full enrollment lifecycle. You won’t just process paperwork — you’ll be the engine behind a smooth, accurate, and compliant benefits experience for real employers and real families.

What You’ll Own
New hire onboarding, life events, and open enrollment execution
Maintaining clean, accurate eligibility data across systems
Claims, utilization, and financial reporting
ACA tracking and 1095-C support
Coordination of COBRA, HIPAA, Section 111, PCORI, and 5500 compliance
Billing reconciliation and vendor follow-up
Renewal tracking and implementation timelines
Acting as the go-to liaison between employer groups, members, providers, and claims
You won’t be a cog in a machine. You’ll be a key operator.
What Makes You a Fit
2+ years in health insurance, TPA, or benefits administration (preferred)
Familiarity with self-funded health plans (big plus)
Strong Excel skills — pivot tables don’t scare you
Detail-obsessed and deadline-driven
Able to juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball
Clear, confident communicator
