Leading distribution and manufacturing company looking for experienced Account Coordinator - Order Management Specialist to join our team at corporate office in the Mid-Wilshire area.
Job Responsibilities include
Provide general customer service as necessary
Process orders in warehouse management system and/or EDI
Review and analyze on hand inventory levels
Track and manage workorders and orders to ship
Coordinate projects between different departments
Determine packaging requirements for new projects
Prepare quotes and obtain customer's purchase orders
Other related assignments as required
Skills and experience
Experience with Excel a must (intermediate user)
Ability to communicate shipping requirements to transportation team
Communication skills in both email and by phone;
Customer service experience in distribution or manufacturing is preferred;
Use of warehouse or business computer systems
Manufacturing or Distribution background a Plus;

Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
