About the Role-
We are seeking an Account Director to provide client leadership and drive business growth across Zensar Experience and Engagement Services, including Content Services, Consulting, Products, and Engineering.

The ideal candidate is a motivated, collaborative, and outgoing leader who excels at building strong client relationships, provides strategic recommendations, and focuses on expanding our pipeline and increasing revenue. Experience selling services to Microsoft and understanding clients in the Pacific Northwest is crucial.

Responsibilities-
Provide account leadership focused on growth and client engagement

Work with clients to uncover business needs, craft strategies, and implement solutions across our service offerings

Drive pipeline development and revenue generation

Develop and present solution options that showcase possibilities for clients

Sell the full range of Zensar Experience and Engagement Services, leveraging Microsoft expertise
Required Qualifications & Experience-
Dynamic leadership skills for internal teams and client interactions

Experience working with customers in the Pacific Northwest
-
5+ years of industry experience (preferably in creative or marketing/advertising agencies)

Proven track record in client relationship development

Experience managing cross-functional teams
-
Strong knowledge of internet business, account management, technology solutions, design thinking, and product marketing

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Advanced verbal, written, and analytical skills

Bachelor’s degree required
