Senior Account & Business Growth Manager (Events & Marketing)

Role Overview
KA’AN Marketing is looking for a high-impact Senior Account & Business Growth Manager who can own client relationships end-to-end — from business development and pitching to concept creation, event execution, and long-term brand strategy. This role is ideal for someone who understands luxury events, experiential marketing, and GCC market dynamics, and can translate client needs into commercially sound, creative solutions.
This is a hybrid leadership role combining sales, account management, strategic planning, and event delivery, working closely with internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Revenue Growth
- Identify and close new business opportunities across events, exhibitions, conferences, and experiential marketing
- Lead client pitches, proposals, pricing, and negotiations
- Upsell and cross-sell KA’AN’s marketing, PR, and technology-driven services
- Own revenue targets and pipeline management
Client & Account Management
- Act as the primary client point of contact
- Understand client business goals and recommend the right mix of services
- Manage retainers, project scopes, timelines, and budgets
- Build long-term partnerships and repeat business
Concept, Strategy & Market Entry
- Lead event concepts, brand positioning, and campaign strategies
- Develop GCC market entry and expansion plans for brands
- Work with creative, digital, and vendor teams to translate strategy into execution
- Ensure concepts are commercially viable, not just creative
Event & Project Oversight
- Oversee planning and execution of corporate events, luxury conferences, exhibitions, and brand activations
- Coordinate with vendor manager, designers, digital team, and production partners
- Ensure quality control, timelines, and flawless delivery
Team & Internal Coordination
- Manage and guide internal team members across design, digital, social, and vendors
- Act as a bridge between clients and execution teams
- Ensure alignment between strategy, creativity, and delivery
Requirements
- 5–7 years experience in events, experiential marketing, brand strategy, or agency-side account management
- Proven ability to close deals and manage high-value clients
- Strong understanding of luxury, corporate, and government sectors in the UAE/GCC
- Hands-on experience with event planning and execution
- Strategic thinker with strong concept development and presentation skills
- Confident client-facing communicator and negotiator
- Ability to manage teams, timelines, and budgets under pressure
- Dubai-based, in-office role

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED14,000.00 per month
