We are looking for a results-driven Account Director of Sales – Leisure & Wholesale to lead and drive leisure sales performance across a cross-regional portfolio of 65+ hotels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and guide regional leisure sales teams to achieve revenue targets.

  • Drive revenue growth through key leisure segments, tour operators, and travel trade partnerships.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with global and regional leisure clients.

  • Identify market trends, demand patterns, and new business opportunities.

  • Oversee contract negotiations and commercial agreements with leisure partners.

  • Strengthen direct distribution strategies and regional connectivity partnerships.

  • Collaborate closely with Revenue Management to align pricing and inventory strategies.

  • Work with Marketing to support leisure campaigns, offers, and promotions.

  • Represent the company at trade shows, roadshows, and industry events.

  • Analyze competitive positioning and recommend strategic actions.

  • Provide regular performance updates and insights to senior leadership.

  • Ensure compliance with company environmental, health, and safety policies.

  • Proven experience in leisure sales within hospitality, preferably multi-property.
