Account Director - Pharma, Digital & 360 Communication About 13 Years

Your Role

You structure, inspire and set the direction while ensuring flawless execution.

Client Leadership
  • Receive, clarify and reframe briefs across pharma, luxury and lifestyle categories.
  • Lead budgets, secure milestones and anticipate client needs.
  • Build strong trust through strategic guidance and actionable recommendations.
  • Navigate healthcare compliance, MLR processes and regulatory requirements with confidence.
Project Management & Coordination
  • Collect content from clients and internal experts, ensuring accuracy, relevance and timely delivery.
  • Plan, coordinate and supervise video shoots, interviews and field activations with producers and creative teams.
  • Manage workflows across digital, content, social, PR, medical and production teams.
  • Liaise daily with designers, motion teams, editors and developers to ensure smooth progress and alignment.
  • Build project timelines, track deliverables and maintain a clear structured pace.
  • Anticipate obstacles, propose solutions and ensure every output meets the 13 Years standard.
Editorial, Copywriting & Content Production
  • Write and edit articles, internal posts, LinkedIn content, interviews and storytelling pieces.
  • Transform complex or technical subjects into clear, engaging narratives for diverse audiences.
  • React quickly to daily topics, turning briefs or insights into high quality written content within short timeframes.
  • Ensure editorial consistency across all platforms - from internal channels to leadership messaging.
  • Collaborate with strategy and creative teams to extract key messages and shape strong storylines.
  • Demonstrate strong AI prompting proficiency (especially ChatGPT) to accelerate research, drafting, ideation and content optimization.
Creative Leadership & Quality
  • Turn challenges into insight driven recommendations and impactful concepts.
  • Lead and energise brainstorms to generate bold, high value ideas.
  • Support creative teams by clarifying directions and elevating final output.
  • Ensure coherence and excellence across digital platforms, experiential activations, PR, social and 360 campaigns.
Management & Business Development
  • Grow talent, mentor teams and reinforce strategic and creative reflexes.
  • Identify new opportunities within the GCC region and contribute to long term partnerships.
  • Expand relationships across pharma, luxury and global brands active in the Middle East.
Qualifications
  • Deep expertise in pharma communications, digital ecosystems, content creation and 360 campaigns.
  • Experience in PR and events is a strong plus, especially for integrated, multi channel activations.
  • Ability to navigate healthcare regulations and luxury standards.
  • Strategic thinking, creative sensibility, operational discipline and editorial sharpness.
