We’re Hiring: Accounts Assistant / Junior Accountant

Salary: 28k - 30k (based on experience)

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of accounting principles, strong numerical skills, and a willingness to learn. This role is perfect for recent graduates or those with up to 2 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recording day-to-day financial transactions
• Preparing and maintaining purchase/sales invoices
• Bank reconciliation and petty cash handling
• Filing and organizing financial documents
• Supporting month-end and year-end accounting processes
• Assisting with internal and external audits

✅ Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification : BCom , BS or BBA
• Basic knowledge of accounting software (Quickbook , ERP or similar)
• Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, etc.)
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Freshers with internship experience are encouraged to apply
