*Job Description:*

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Account Executive to join our team . As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring the smooth financial operations of our company.

*Responsibilities:*

1) Monitoring daily communications and answering any queries.

2) Preparing statutory accounts.

3) Ensuring payments, amounts and records are correct.

4) Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals.

5) Recording and filing cash transactions.

6) Controlling credit and chasing debt.

7) Invoice processing and filing.

8) Processing expense requests for the accountant to approve.

9) Bank reconciliation.

10) Liaising with third party providers, clients and suppliers.

11) Updating and maintaining procedural documentation.

12) Knowledge of preparation and filing of GST1/GST3B/GST2B etc with reconciliation.

13) Knowledge of TDS

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
