Account Executive

We’re partnering with a rapidly growing organization in the medical technology space that provides innovative solutions to improve efficiency and outcomes across hospital departments. They are seeking an Account Executive who has experience with capital or solution-based sales and is driven to pursue large deals and build lasting customer relationships! This person must be a TRUE HUNTER!!!

Role Highlights:

• Strong base salary + Year 1 OTE $175-200k
• Remote-based with limited, targeted travel
• Strong pipeline in place!
• 600+ hospital territory with existing opportunity

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• 50% consulting, proposals, and client follow-up
• 40% new business development (outbound prospecting, deal generation)
• 10% admin and Salesforce management

Ideal Background

• 3–7 years of hunting-focused capital sales experience
• Strong organizational skills; experienced managing large, complex territories
• Tech-savvy – Salesforce Lightning experience preferred
• Backgrounds in GI, surgical, or medical capital sales are highly valued
